"Jim A. was very pleasant and professional! When I first arrived and walked through the service doors, no one greeted me, or bothered to look up at me. They literally all ignored me. Finally a gentleman that sits at the very far right said hello ,found out why I was there, and started the process of checking in my car for me. I did inform him that I needed a ride back home, so he directed me to the shuttle check-in. I was literally about to go get on the shuttle when Jim approached me and asked me if I wanted a rental car. Well of course I wanted a rental car, especially since it was paid for by Ford. That extra gesture saved me so many inconveniences and for my family members as well. So I felt like the first gentleman that helped me just didn't want to do the paperwork and was happy to just direct me to the shuttle and get me out of there. He was still very nice I was just disappointed that he didn't care enough to do the paperwork. I had two recalls on my Ford and was shocked to get a phone call around 3 p.m. saying that my car was already done. I also did receive a free car wash. I will definitely be returning to North Central Ford in the future."
