What's New for the 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks?
The Ford Bronco is recognized for its bold, distinctive styling and robust capabilities across its six trim levels. Each trim level is distinguished by special traits and features for a unique driving and ownership experience. The Bronco Outer Banks is a mid-level trim that upgrades the interior and exterior with exciting features. In 2025, the Ford Bronco Outer Banks is unchanged from the previous model year.
The Outer Banks is outfitted with the same powertrain as the lower-level trims have. This is a turbo 2.3-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 300 horsepower. It is exclusively available with a 10-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. An optional powertrain is available with the Bronco Outer Banks. This is a turbo 2.7-liter, V6 unit that delivers 330 horsepower. The terrain management system is standard and offers six drive modes.
The Bronco has recognizable styling with a tall, boxy shape. The smooth sides add to its look, and they are enhanced by thick molding that flares over the fenders and runs across the lower door panels. The dominant feature on the nose is a crossbar that holds the Bronco nameplate. It runs linearly across the wide grille and into the circular LED headlights. Both hard-top and soft-top options are available. The Outer Banks trim stands apart from other trims with all-terrain tires, side steps, 18-inch aluminum wheels, and upgraded headlights. In addition, it has body-colored mirror caps, fender flares, and door handles.
The Bronco Outer Banks has all of the features offered in the lower trim levels and adds power-adjusting front seats and leather-trimmed seats. Its other features are hill start assist, trail turn assist, hill descent control, auto emergency braking, wireless connections for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 12-inch infotainment system screen, a seven-speaker audio system, a digital instrument panel, and a push-button engine starter.
