What's New for the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport?
The Ford Bronco Sport, a compact version of the beloved Ford Bronco, combines rugged capabilities with iconic styling cues. For the 2024 model year, the Bronco Sport retains its boxy and upright design, reminiscent of its predecessor. However, two new paint options are available: Desert Sand and Azure Gray. The exterior design features athletic black molding and a distinctive rectangular grille with a central bar extending into the headlights, which showcase a circular LED element.
New for 2024 is the introduction of the Free Wheeling trim, paying homage to the Bronco's popularity in the 1970s. This trim boasts sunset-style graphics, red-accented wheels, and a silver-painted grille. Inside, the Free Wheeling trim offers unique touches, such as a special plaque on the center console, red trim pieces, and a distinct seat design.
Additionally, the 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend now offers the Black Appearance package, which includes 17-inch wheels, matte black body accents, and a black grille.
Performance remains consistent with the previous model year, with the first four trim levels equipped with a three-cylinder, turbo 1.5-liter engine producing 181 horsepower. The top-tier Badlands trim has a more powerful 250-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. All trims feature standard all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The 2024 Ford Bronco Sport offers a range of exterior features, including roof rails, a flip-up rear window, heated side mirrors, LED fog lights, all-terrain tires, tow hooks, and a two-tone color scheme. Safety features include adaptive cruise control, evasive steering assistance, lane-keeping assistance, rear parking sensors, a 180-degree camera, and forward collision mitigation.
Interior options vary depending on the chosen trim, with available features such as a navigation system, leather upholstery, heated seats, driver's memory controls, auto-dimming rear mirror, wireless charging pad, Bang & Olufsen sound system, household power outlet, digital driver's gauge screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and more.
