Viviana was incredible to work with. My wife expressed interest online, and Viviana provided extremely fair trade in value and purchase price of the vehicle. This part normally takes hours, and Viviana was very upfront and within market expectations for us (KBB, Carvana, Car Max) Within 30 day window, we had a couple issues come up with the vehicle. Vivian quickly got Randy Carter involved. He fixed the issue, was extremely friendly, reasonable, waived the $100 deductible on ford blue certified 90 day warranty for our repair. In fact, our repair was not under warranty and he waived it all anyways.
Great car buying experience, we are very pleased. Buying a used car can be uncertain, but this team will do their absolute best to make it right which is why we will be back next time we need another vehicle. I had a great experience with Seth, Jordan, and the technician who worked on my vehicle at North Central Ford! Even though they were swamped with appointments, they were able to squeeze me in and get everything taken care of, which I really appreciated. Seth and Jordan were both professional, friendly, and helpful, and the communication throughout the entire process was great. I unfortunately didn't catch the technician's name, but I definitely want to recognize him as well for the great work he did on my vehicle.
Everything was completed as promised, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I left completely satisfied with the service and will definitely be returning to North Central Ford in the future. Highly recommend the entire team!

5 Stars - Excellent Experience at North Central Ford! I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Ford F-450 from North Central Ford, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the overall experience. I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Jose Sandoval. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork, Jose made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. What I appreciated most was that Jose followed through on everything he said he would do. There was no unnecessary pressure, just great customer service and a genuine willingness to help.

Review: Amazing online buying experience! Immediately after expressing interest, Charles reached out and was extremely attentive and quickly provided pictures and videos of the car. I booked my flight to Dallas and picked it up the next morning (Love Field is only 20 min from NCF). The car interior was detailed and they did a great job of making a 12 year old car look nearly new. Thank you to Charles and the North Central Ford team. My daughter was thrilled and I walked away highly satisfied. As painless as it comes to buying a car.
